The Head of the INVL Family Office has been appointed to the Board of INVL Asset Management.

Asta Jovaišienė, Head of the INVL Family Office, has been elected to the Board of INVL Asset Management, the leading alternative asset manager in the Baltic States. She will replace long-standing board member Nerijus Drobavičius.

“We thank N. Drobavičius for his productive work on the Board of INVL Asset Management during a period of change and rapid growth. The top priority for the Invalda INVL group in the near term is the launch of the EUR 250 million INVL Private Equity Fund II. Nerijus’ active role in this area is crucial for the success of the new fund, as well as for the existing INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund and the portfolio companies whose boards he chairs. We greatly appreciate Nerijus’ ability to prioritize key areas and achieve excellent results in them.

We believe that A. Jovaišienė, who joins the company’s Board with many years of investment experience, will contribute her knowledge, broad expertise, and professionalism to the continued qualitative and quantitative growth of the company,” says Darius Šulnis, Chairman of the Board of INVL Asset Management.

A. Jovaišienė has worked in the financial market for 17 years, and for the past 9 years she has led the INVL Family Office. She is also a board member of the brokerage firm INVL Financial Advisors, which operates under the INVL Family Office brand, and a member of the Supervisory Board of INVL Asset Management in Latvia.

N. Drobavičius has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He is a partner and Investment Committee member of the INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund and serves as Chairman of the Boards of Inmedica, Eglės Sanatorija, MBL, and Minivet.

The candidacy of the new INVL Asset Management Board member was approved by the Bank of Lithuania. A. Jovaišienė will serve as a Board member until the end of the current term in January 2027.

The Board also includes Vytautas Plunksnis, Head of the Private Equity Department at INVL Asset Management.
